Geodynamic art, public interactiv architecture, geodynamic public architecture, dynamic systems, performance, concert. The majority of evolplay projects are public tools of wich apparent and named functions are fundamentaly différent then the functions inspiring their conception and development. The tools are made for the users; personnal priorities, tastes and preferences of the conceptor and maker, are secondary. Orgabits and Musiscope concert/performance are Eric Van Osselaer's artistic projects in a more clasical sense, his place of personnal expression. in projcts like Balassons or Tabloscopes, he is responsible for the real functions of the public tool, for it's neutrality, it's balance and it's evolution, as such, he has no right whatsoever to be part of, be represented by, or use the tool to any kind of personal ends ... paradoxal hey... evolplay - eric van osselaer - orgabits. these tools call for unconscious evolution through play because to happen, the changes called for cannot be known either by the maker or the user of the tools. The experience has to be named, clasified to be secure, and unnamed, unclasified, open, for the user to initiate fondamental changes in the way he names and clasifies information perceived by his senses. |
